We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Tonawanda Seneca Family Care. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries, perform physicals, and implement treatment plans.
- Prescribe medication, perform minor procedures, and coordinate treatment with collaborating physicians or specialists.
- Provide health education and guidance to patients and their families, and recommend community resources as needed.
- At least 1 year of Primary Care experience is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a compassionate, kind, and patient-focused approach are necessary.
- Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification from the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Registered Physician Assistant (RPA) certification from the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
M - Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
