Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all inquiries related to events and conference room bookings through various channels including emails and CRM systems.
  • Maintain and manage the Event Calendar effectively.
  • Conduct venue tours and follow up with potential clients.
  • Coordinate staffing for events, liaising with security personnel, bartenders, and catering services as necessary.
  • Supervise events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, continuously seeking ways to enhance event sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic execution.
  • Keep all event personnel updated on logistical requirements, including venue setup and attendee numbers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in sales is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
