Job Title: Associate Event Operations Manager

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for event planning? Do you have experience in trade show, conference, and/or event management? We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Event Operations Manager to join our team at Informa Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute event logistics, including vendor management, signage planning, and exhibit installation.
  • Communicate effectively with exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors to ensure timely and clear communication.
  • Manage event budgets and oversee the onsite execution of assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve event operations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable and valuable experiences for attendees.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree or related work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in trade show, conference, and/or event management.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Prior experience in event program management programs, such as Quickbase.
