Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary consultant for various support functions and business units, providing strategic guidance on compensation practices and the overall pay landscape.
- Conduct comprehensive job family evaluations and market pricing for roles.
- Offer innovative compensation strategies and solutions that align with business objectives, challenging existing norms to achieve optimal results.
- Lead communication efforts related to compensation and manage change processes effectively.
- Facilitate annual merit and bonus initiatives for designated client groups.
- Design, implement, and oversee base pay programs, including pay setting, structure development, and progression policies.
- Perform advanced modeling and analysis on compensation matters, creating analytical tools to identify and address compensation challenges, and effectively present data insights.
- Guide and mentor a team of compensation analysts.
- Collaborate with other corporate departments to ensure compliance with all compensation programs.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to influence decision-making and convey information to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Human Resources preferred.
- Strong awareness of external market trends and compensation legislation.
- Experience with HRIS applications, particularly Workday, is desirable.
- Over 10 years of experience in compensation is preferred.
- At least 5 years of management experience is preferred.
- Ability to leverage a consultative approach with a strategic mindset, demonstrating analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, capable of managing and manipulating large datasets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with HR Business Partners, Managers, and Senior Leadership.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and builds strong working relationships.
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.
Annual Salary: $128,224,000.00
The salary range provided is a general guideline and may vary based on several factors, including the role's scope, the candidate's experience, education, and market considerations.
