Job Summary

The Market Development Account Manager is responsible for securing access to and reimbursement for Teva's psychiatric products and other therapies by building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mental health industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of the psychiatric therapeutic areas, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to secure access to and reimbursement for Teva's psychiatric products and other therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the mental health industry, including healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and government organizations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to key accounts, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Teva's psychiatric products and therapies.
  • Identify and address unique needs and challenges of each key account, proposing customized solutions that align with Teva's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of key account relationships and regularly report progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, including customer-facing responsibility.
  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience in pertinent settings of care, such as CHMCs, private practice, and specialty pharmacy, and thorough understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies.
