Job Summary

The Market Development Account Manager is responsible for securing access to and reimbursement for Teva's psychiatric products and other therapies by building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including large mental health facilities and specialty pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed territory-level goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare institutions, hospitals, clinics, and government organizations
  • Provide expert guidance and support to key accounts, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Teva's psychiatric products and therapies
  • Identify and address unique needs and challenges of each key account, proposing customized solutions that align with Teva's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain, to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of key account relationships and regularly report progress to senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, including customer-facing responsibility, with a focus on psychiatric therapeutic areas
  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals
  • Experience in pertinent settings of care, including CHMCs, private practice, and specialty pharmacy, with a thorough understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies
