Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and education to potential customers on a wide range of energy products, empowering them to become smart energy consumers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales representatives to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Utilize consultative selling approaches to increase customer awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions, with a minimum annual commission of $20,000 to $30,000, depending on geography.
  • Promotional opportunities, including a $5,000 base salary increase, residuals, and a weekly sales bonus, available as early as 60 days.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement, and three weeks of paid time off in the first year.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, personable, and positive personality.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Reliable form of personal transportation and auto insurance coverage meeting minimum state requirements.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to an outside environment, including inclement weather. The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk, and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
