About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and meaningful experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as lead staff for facility and department during shift hours and when supervisors are not present
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member acquisition and retention
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to safety and emergency situations
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to achieve departmental objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with facility operations and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • YMCA approved CPR and First Aid Certification
