We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth across key US markets, including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and more. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in a similar position, looking to excel in a closing-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify and define ideal customer profiles, scheduling meetings with qualified key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Define and execute territory strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct engaging sales meetings with prospective clients, uncovering business solutions through insightful questioning.
  • Oversee sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Facilitate quotes and contracts to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Document all relevant information, providing a comprehensive overview of each lead's status and potential.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting by providing insights to the leadership team.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within established timelines.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience required.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the transportation or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience working at startups can be beneficial.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in an autonomous and fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

Hourly rate ($20-$30 per hour) + Uncapped Commission (% per deal closed), On Target Earnings $80,000
