Your Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Actively seek and identify sales opportunities through various self-generated activities, including networking and community engagement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Consultative Approach:
Assess the needs and desires of homeowners. Provide expert recommendations on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, and windows. Customize solutions to fit each customer's specific needs and foster enduring relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Sales Targets:
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals. Strive to maximize your earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.

Lead Conversion:
Effectively convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your exceptional communication and presentation skills to showcase the value of our services.
Who You Are:
  • Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Skilled in building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Previous experience in residential sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing ladders.
