Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the International Peace and Security grantmaking team. This position entails supporting project development, funding assessments, and administrative tasks within the program's designated areas of focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about current trends and policy matters pertinent to International Peace and Security.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of prospective grantees and ongoing proposals.
  • Engage with grantees, review financial plans, and oversee project advancements.
  • Compile project assessments, participate in meetings, and coordinate with the Communications department.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in fields associated with International Peace and Security.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in grantmaking is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in technology and digital tools.
