Key Responsibilities:
- Manage between 5,000 to 6,500 hours of contractual service
- Coordinate the scheduling of security staff in alignment with client requirements
- Train, mentor, and support uniformed security personnel
- Act as a liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Effectively oversee personnel and budget while ensuring compliance with contracts
- Draft and revise security post orders
- Promote operational accountability
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing security operations or accounts
- Ability to operate within a structured environment and adhere to established processes
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility in availability to address client needs
- Capability to work under time-sensitive conditions with strict deadlines
- Familiarity with WinTeam & eHub platforms is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver's License is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
