Position Overview:
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will oversee daily marketing coordination tasks across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing and sales strategies, including project positioning, timelines, social media management, sales center operations, advertising, signage, and collateral design.
  • Assist in liaising with third-party vendors such as signage firms, model decorators, digital advertising consultants, and creative agencies.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create and maintain marketing materials and community branding.
  • Update and manage website content at the division, community, and home-specific levels.
  • Execute website modifications through the company's Content Management System (CMS).
  • Gather estimates and resources for marketing and sales projects.
  • Maintain vendor databases, organize community marketing files, and oversee marketing collateral inventory.
  • Fact-check and proofread all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate initiatives for sales centers and ensure marketing and sales tools are consistently available.
  • Uphold brand standards across all projects.
  • Manage social media presence and online reputation for all communities.
  • Execute e-blast campaigns, including submissions, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including invoice reconciliation and upkeep of marketing material inventory.
  • Conduct all business professionally and ethically to enhance customer service and the company's goodwill and profitability.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events at sales centers and attend events as necessary.
  • Assist in training and implementing marketing best practices or new tools/platforms.
  • Support the creation and proofreading of marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of model homes and sales centers.
  • Manage website change requests from the division.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel overnight as needed.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow instructions provided in written or oral form.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and photography/video editing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MLS and realtor sites such as Zillow is advantageous.
