Job Title: Junior Security and Privacy Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Security and Privacy Trainer to join our team at Maania Consultancy Services. As a Junior Security and Privacy Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and developing information security and privacy training programs that meet the needs of our federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive security and privacy training programs that engage learners and reinforce key security concepts.
  • Create security and privacy training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
  • Track and report on training and awareness program performance, including calculating metrics to measure the effectiveness of security and privacy training.
  • Communicate complex regulatory and compliance information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and privacy training.

Requirements:

  • Experience designing and developing information security and privacy training programs.
  • Experience creating security and privacy training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
  • Understanding of Articulate 360 training software is highly preferred.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on training and awareness program performance.
  • Experience communicating complex regulatory and compliance information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understanding of NIST's Risk Management Framework, Cybersecurity Framework, and Privacy Framework is highly preferred.
