Position Summary

VTG is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to provide professional support services related to the planning, design, construction, delivery, and evaluation of naval vessels. This role is integral to ensuring the security and integrity of systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and manage the Information Assurance Accreditation process for naval projects.
  • Collaborate with shipbuilders, program managers, and other stakeholders to secure and uphold the accreditation of network systems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply foundational cybersecurity concepts and processes with guidance.
  • Effectively perform in structured and routine environments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
  • Possession of an Information Systems Security Developer (ISSD) certification (Basic).
  • Must hold a Secret Clearance.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

VTG is committed to being a military-friendly employer.

Compensation: The estimated starting salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 annually, reflecting the general market rate for the area. Factors such as experience, education, and skill level will be considered in determining the final offer.
