Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity and Data Protection Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience and a strong academic background in law. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to manage complex disputes and litigation, including class actions, across a range of clients in technology, finance, life sciences, and energy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including working directly with clients, managing all aspects of discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and handling oral argument at key hearings.
  • Work on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative, and industry-leading litigation, including class actions.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cyber, privacy, and data innovation law and apply this knowledge to our clients' cases.

Requirements

  • Prior litigation experience and a strong academic background in law.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is strongly preferred.
