Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

Brandon Riley Agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and explaining insurance policy options, and prospecting for new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage needs.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
  • Maintain sales quotas and grow sales revenue through effective use of phone, email, and client lists.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage premium payments, policy updates, and renewals.
  • Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients and demonstrate the value of our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Active Property and Casualty License required.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a passion for insurance and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives, with a focus on growth and improvement.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
