We are seeking a highly skilled Small Business Unit Specialist to join our team at Glenwood Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various insurance tasks, including issuing auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and evidence of property insurance.
  • Assist in completing new and renewal applications, as well as corresponding with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Review and assess the coverage needs of existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our agency management system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in small commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • A valid P&C Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire for personal and professional development.
