Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Glenwood Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, developing and maintaining key client and carrier relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within a designated book of business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage account renewals, including follow-up with underwriters and negotiation of terms and pricing
  • Perform certificate of insurance requests, policy endorsements, and resolve coverage and premium discrepancies
Requirements
  • Technical capability and proficiency in insurance industry software and systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
