About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Brandon Riley Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage needs.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals, utilizing phone, email, and client lists to drive sales.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage client policies, take premium payments, and service renewals.
  • Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty License required.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a passion for insurance and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives, with a focus on growth and improvement.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a commitment to timely and effective task completion.
