Job Title: Document Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Document Specialist to join our team at our clients worksite in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks involving high-end print equipment, mailroom services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-end printing, copying, and binding equipment.
  • Perform various mailroom duties including sorting, processing, and delivering mail.
  • Manage conference rooms and audio-visual equipment setups.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks, fulfillment, and final project inspections.
  • Assist with job pickup, delivery, and facility maintenance tasks.
  • Follow our clients Excellence performance standards.
  • Ensure a professional and clean workspace.
  • Maintain accurate reporting tools and logs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field (5 years preferred), with experience in print, mail services, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
    • Proficiency with technical equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and computer skills.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
Working Environment:
  • Office environment with normal temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
  • Minimal physical effort required but must be able to lift and handle small to large office supplies.
  • Must adhere to our clients professional appearance and conduct guidelines.
