Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer advocate internally, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Plan and lead customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage booking and revenue forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet the needs of both the company and the customer.
- Provide regular production updates to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer projects.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure.
- Communicate account progress to stakeholders, including senior management and other relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
