Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager by coordinating activities, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, and overseeing quality assurance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the team and the government client.
- Supervise task execution, set clear expectations, and maintain quality standards.
- Establish and implement performance metrics for team evaluation.
- Facilitate training sessions aimed at enhancing team performance.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies for office and personal use.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Assist in the upkeep of kitchen appliances and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Organize and prepare correspondence, materials, and documentation.
- Support the drafting and finalization of official letters and memos.
- Maintain organized files and automated control systems.
- Conduct research and compile relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles or at least 2 years in executive-level support.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is essential.
- Familiarity with compliance and reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team.
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
This position requires in-person attendance.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $26.61.
