Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy, revenue, and market share.
- Business Development: Identify and target potential business clients and groups, including corporate clients, events, and tour operators, to increase hotel bookings.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Event Planning: Work with clients to plan and execute meetings, conferences, and other events at the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
