Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products displayed on the showroom floor
  • Engage directly with both internal and external customers
  • Follow up on customer orders and inquiries
  • Assist in resolving issues related to merchandise in collaboration with customer service and warehouse teams
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Inquire about customer needs regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Clearly explain product features to customers
  • Recommend products that align with customer requirements
  • Prepare sales documentation for completed transactions
  • Guide customers in selecting products based on their specifications
  • Provide detailed descriptions of merchandise and its usage
  • Stay informed about new products and store promotions
  • Utilize effective customer relations skills
  • Follow up with customers via email and phone as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Employment Requirements: Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, actively listen and respond to customer needs, and communicate effectively with team members. Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude is essential when interacting with customers. Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures is beneficial.

Physical Activity Requirements: Essential functions of the role include stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, listening, and repetitive motions.

Work Environment: Indoor, climate-controlled setting.
