Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and consumer electronics, be well-organized, and have a passion for customer service and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy
  • Ensure that consumers have the latest and most relevant product information available when making a purchase decision
  • Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with both customers and Best Buy employees

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekend evening and high demand retail holidays
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
