Work-Study Eligibility:
  • Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at the college.
  • Must adhere to Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) criteria each semester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and inputting data, generating reports, and organizing documentation.
  • Creating a variety of materials including flyers, newsletters, and informational brochures.
  • Providing support for program details and student-related initiatives.
  • Addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments effectively.
  • Entering budget information and processing financial transactions.
  • Offering technical assistance for office machinery.
  • Supporting special projects and events as needed.
  • Engaging in training and professional growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with office protocols and customer service practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster positive relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in various software applications and technological tools.

Physical Demands:
