Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Pretrial Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Pretrial Services Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Pretrial Services Officer, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with court procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the Pretrial Services Officer and other team members.
  • Develop and implement effective filing and record-keeping systems to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with experience in data entry and report generation.
  • Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and processes, with a strong understanding of telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a law enforcement or judicial setting is a plus.
