Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team at Florida ENT Associates. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall success of an assigned region within a defined market consisting multiple ENT physicians and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure effective and efficient operations in line with company standards.
  • Monitor and manage controllable office expenses within their defined market.
  • Collaborate with physicians to identify and address operational and financial issues.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Care Center managers/supervisors and employees to meet customer/patient service levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 5 years managing multiple locations at a regional level, preferably in a service-oriented Health Care Organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and 10 plus years' experience in physician practice management or healthcare management with extensive physician interface.
