About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team at CharterCARE Health Partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing, dispensing, and monitoring medications, as well as providing education and support to patients and healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of college with a Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, including 1500 hours of internship and licensure by the Rhode Island State Board of Pharmacy, is required. Additionally, annual continuing education credits are necessary for licensure.

What We Offer: We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
