Job Overview:

Lifespan, a leading healthcare provider in Rhode Island, is seeking a Senior Clinical Quality Lead to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving clinical excellence and quality nursing care across our organization.

About the Role:

The Senior Clinical Quality Lead will report directly to the Director or Administrative Director and work closely with the Clinical Manager to plan, design, and implement patient-specific and population-based programs of care. Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating nursing practice, collaborating on quality plans, and facilitating process improvement in patient care.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Nursing required (or within six months of completion) with relevant clinical experience
  • CNS, CNL, or NP certification preferred
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
  • Minimum three years relevant clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, teaching, and communication skills
