Position Overview:
The Clinical Support Nurse plays a vital role in delivering primary clinical assistance to healthcare providers, patients, and their families, facilitating the diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure follow-up on diagnostic tests to confirm completion, accuracy, and proper documentation in medical records, thereby supporting continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain a hygienic environment and meet the necessary qualifications to provide care for patients across designated age groups in assigned clinical areas.

- Collect and document patient medical histories, chief complaints, and vital signs, creating a foundational medical database for the provider, while preparing patients for examinations.

- Deliver direct clinical care as directed by the healthcare provider.
- Assist in minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, as well as ancillary examinations, to aid in accurate diagnoses.

- Gather and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring all associated paperwork is completed to expedite laboratory studies with utmost accuracy and efficiency.

- Manage ongoing patient communication as directed by the provider, prioritizing messages and responding to patient inquiries to optimize provider time and ensure timely responses to patient needs.

- Administer medications and vaccines, including intradermal and skin testing, under the guidance of a provider and in accordance with scope of practice.

- Clean and prepare examination and treatment rooms between cases, ensuring aseptic conditions, availability of necessary instruments and equipment, and readiness of patients.

Work Environment:
This role is typically performed in a clinical setting. The Clinical Support Nurse is accountable for fulfilling all job-specific responsibilities and adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Additional Information:
This position qualifies for a sign-on bonus, subject to specific conditions. Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a schedule of 7 days within a 14-day period.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 8 PM
Saturday/Sunday: 7:30 AM to 6 PM

Weekends:
Every other weekend

Travel:
Limited travel may be required for coverage in other clinics.
