Job Overview

OnIt Athlete, a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Regional Sales Representative. With a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach, we aim to provide top-notch trading cards and memorabilia to our clients.

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events. You will build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and network with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for achieving and surpassing targets.

Training and Support:

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration and personal growth. Sales representatives will be equipped with demo product, sample kits, company apparel, and POS devices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
