Project Coordination Specialist

An exciting opportunity with a leading global organization. As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will be engaged in various initiatives that are currently in the planning stages. This team plays a crucial role in executing retail store merchandise transformations, which includes the procurement of signage, fixtures, and other essential materials required to enhance the appearance of store environments.

This position involves a combination of data management, scheduling, research, inventory oversight, data analysis, client relations, problem resolution, and process enhancement.

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

This position is hybrid, requiring in-office work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collecting and compiling information from field store partners for project initiation
  • Verifying project readiness within internal systems (web-based)
  • Acting as a liaison between field operations and cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are met
  • Analyzing and formatting Excel data for order tracking
  • Managing labor, outbound, and direct-to-store orders
  • Supporting field partners with scheduling and addressing unique challenges
  • Overseeing post-implementation activities following resets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management or project analysis (excluding IT projects)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables, and Macros for daily tasks
  • Ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Experience in coordinating projects from inception to completion (full lifecycle)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
