Position: Part-Time Retail Cannabis Associate

Join Our Team:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Retail Cannabis Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a welcoming and supportive environment. This position involves assisting customers with their unique needs, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, facilitating membership processes, and consistently delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with established protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate products based on their individual requirements.
  • Clearly communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
  • Adhere to strict asset protection protocols as directed by management.
  • Set up and dismantle display cases, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Assist with inventory management and replenishment of merchandise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the retail space.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards as per HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, cash handling, and Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
