Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Product Knowledge: Provide empathy and compassion to patients and educate them on our products and their effects.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Teamwork: Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience and assist with returns in accordance with company policy.
- Education: High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
- Age: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV).
- Experience: Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
- Cash Handling: Must have prior cash handling experience.
- Communication: Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
The Dispensary Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to move intermittently throughout the workday. The employee must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met.
