About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Advocate to join our team at AYR Wellness. As a Patient Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable and empathetic support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our premium cannabis products, including their benefits and features, to effectively recommend and sell them to patients.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked dispensary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed daily sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle and providing tailored product suggestions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management staff to ensure all procedures are followed, and regulatory and compliance standards are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a cannabis retail setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions

The Patient Advocate will work primarily in a dispensary setting, which may involve exposure to odors and loud noises. The role requires frequent communication with staff, vendors, and customers, as well as occasional interaction with law enforcement and state inspectors.
