Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the management team in overseeing inventory management processes.
  2. Support compliance with standard operating procedures and training initiatives.
  3. Contribute to the opening and closing procedures of the dispensary.
  4. Deliver outstanding customer service in line with established standards.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  6. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.

  9. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
