Accounting Internship Program

Program OverviewOur 10-week Finance and Accounting Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. Participants will work on projects that support the Cincinnati market and develop skills in financial concepts, critical thinking, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Complete special projects at the direction of Assignment Leader
- Build, analyze, and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Provide analysis for monthly forecasting process for the business
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Perform financial variance analysis to identify trends in the business
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a business concentration (accounting, economics, finance majors preferred)
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Basic Excel proficiency (data entry, formatting, charts, basic formulas, Vlookup)
- Campus involvement/leadership experience
- Relevant internship/co-op experience
- Ability to complete both guided and self-directed learning activities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate financial information
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
