Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the district's financial performance meets company and client objectives.
  • Optimize operational productivity and monitor the development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistent application within the district.
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of new installations, catering events, and client locations.
  • Identify regional and district training requirements for Chef and Café Managers.
  • Abide by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of three years related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
  • Catering experience for large groups.
  • ServSafe certified.
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
