About the Role:

  • Provide clerical support to field staff, agency staff, foster resource families, providers, and the public.
  • Complete and verify data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Process records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with reception and phone duties as needed.
  • Support fleet vehicle operations.

Requirements:

  • Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
  • An associate degree in any field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience with legal procedures, including preparation and submission of court documents.
  • Previous experience in front desk reception duties, showcasing effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain rules, regulations, and procedures related to a specific program or service.
  • Experience with utilizing computers for tasks such as data processing, entry, and verification of detailed information.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients or customers to resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and showcase intercultural competency.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will be required to work in the office.
  • Travel may be required to meet business or operational needs.
  • Occasional evening hours may be required.
  • You may come into contact with individuals who have experienced trauma.
