We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Case Management Coordinator in our Beaverton Child Welfare team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to caseworkers and unit supervisors, ensuring that all case requirements are fulfilled and providing aid to those in need.
About the Role:
- Provide clerical support to field staff, agency staff, foster resource families, providers, and the public.
- Complete and verify data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Process records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with reception and phone duties as needed.
- Support fleet vehicle operations.
Requirements:
- Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
- An associate degree in any field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Attributes:
- Experience with legal procedures, including preparation and submission of court documents.
- Previous experience in front desk reception duties, showcasing effective communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain rules, regulations, and procedures related to a specific program or service.
- Experience with utilizing computers for tasks such as data processing, entry, and verification of detailed information.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients or customers to resolve conflicts and disputes.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds and showcase intercultural competency.
Working Conditions:
- This position will be required to work in the office.
- Travel may be required to meet business or operational needs.
- Occasional evening hours may be required.
- You may come into contact with individuals who have experienced trauma.
