Job Title: Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As an Asset Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Brand Creative group by managing processes and operations for post-production efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital asset management for content productions within the Global Brand Creative group
  • Support a team of Production Directors, Producers, and Production Coordinators to streamline post-production efforts
  • Maintain quality control for all asset deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness against brand standards and style guides
  • Perform critical quality assurance reviews, file naming conventions, database management, and asset uploading, management, research, and relicensing
  • Support technology strategy development for workflow management systems and creative partner databases to ensure seamless transitions between platforms and consistency in information management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (media, design, animation, content, advertising, marketing, production, etc.)
  • Experience in production or post-production creative project coordination
  • Proficiency in various post-production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, Capture One, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proactive and able to show initiative to foresee and resolve issues in real time
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, resourceful, hardworking, and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
