  2. Organize and prioritize daily maintenance activities, including responding to urgent situations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests and equipment maintenance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance and a strong background in customer service.
