Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jobot Consulting. As an executive-level administrative professional, this role will provide critical support to our consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to consultants, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using our database and filing system.
• Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into our database and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consulting firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
Demonstrated ability in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour.
