Join Wagstaff Inc as an Industrial Maintenance Specialist We are in search of a seasoned maintenance technician or millwright with expertise in operating industrial CNC machinery and familiarity with various equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, man lifts, and power tools.

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all machinery, vehicles, and facility infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.

This role involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a diverse range of equipment, including CNC machine tools, power tools, overhead cranes, lighting systems, HVAC units, and more.

Our ideal candidate is not only a proficient technician but also possesses the ability to mentor fellow maintenance staff while fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture.



Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 10 Hour Shifts

Sign-On Incentive:
$1500

Wagstaff Inc specializes in manufacturing equipment for aluminum producers, who transform aluminum into everyday components and products.

Requirements:
A valid driver's license with no significant traffic violations in the last three years and a minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent education.

During the execution of job responsibilities, employees may encounter moving mechanical parts, machinery, and equipment, as well as exposure to vibrations.

There may also be exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and hazardous chemicals.

Some job functions may involve risks such as electrical shock and other manufacturing-related hazards.

To mitigate these risks, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and clothing is mandatory.
