Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Uphold the vision and expectations of property ownership in daily operations to meet client objectives.
  • Comprehensive Maintenance: Follow a structured maintenance program to guarantee the property remains in optimal condition. This includes adherence to preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with aesthetic standards.
  • Emergency Response: Provide on-call maintenance services during evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Unit Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure readiness for new residents, including painting and appliance installation.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and secure all tools and equipment utilized in property maintenance, ensuring they are stored properly and safely.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce community rules and regulations while adhering to Fair Housing Laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.

  • Basic computer skills are required.

Essential Skills:
