Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Respiratory Therapist, catering to a diverse patient demographic including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and oversee safe and effective respiratory treatments in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
  • Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Conduct comprehensive cardiopulmonary assessments and monitor patient conditions, particularly during emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care plans.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid license as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as either a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required.
  • CPR certification must be current and relevant to the practice setting.
Experience and Education:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
