Job Summary

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a skilled Clinician I/II to join our team. The selected individual will provide direct clinical services to individuals, including intake, assessment, and treatment planning. The Clinician will work under the supervision of a licensed professional and will be responsible for monitoring and managing an assigned caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, individual assessments, and diagnostic interviews
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  • Coordinate case management services
  • Link individuals to community resources and medical services
  • Provide crisis intervention and prevention services
  • Document and chart information about individual assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • Considerable experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders
  • Licensed Credentialed Addiction Treatment Professional (LCATP) or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
