Job Title: Residential Assistant Supervisor

At Northern Rivers Family of Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Assistant Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Residential Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising direct care staff and working as part of the direct care team to provide daily therapeutic care and programming to clients in our Residential Treatment Facility program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise program activity related to client treatment plans
  • Supervise and evaluate direct care staff
  • Work as part of the staff-to-youth ratio and on-call system, mentoring and training staff
  • Assist in crisis intervention as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to running the unit
Requirements:
  • Requires an Associate's degree plus 3 years of experience, Bachelor's degree preferred, OR high school plus at least 5 years of experience
  • Related experience with vulnerable populations/older adolescent population is required
  • Must have supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to manage a residential unit
  • Must have a valid, clean driver's license
  • Ability to work variable shifts required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
