Job Title: Residential Site Supervisor

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Site Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role:

The Residential Site Supervisor will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA). This includes working in tandem with an individual's support team, including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well-rounded, person-centered supports.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IRA
  • Collaborate with support teams to provide individualized care
  • Ensure a safe and supportive living environment
  • Monitor and report on resident progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS Driver's License and personal transportation
  • High School diploma/GED required; higher education preferred
  • Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
